A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date. Retainers are non-refundable and outlined clearly during the booking process.
Every event is unique. Final pricing and setup recommendations are based on guest count, service duration, event flow, and location. We recommend booking early, especially for weddings and large-scale events.

Yes. Select bottled or pre-packaged drink options may be available depending on the event and service type. These are commonly requested for branded events, activations, weddings, and gifting moments
Oat milk and whole milk are included for all events. Additional options, including decaf, may be available upon request and should be discussed in advance.
Yes. Most services require access to dedicated power. Standard setups typically require at least one dedicated 20-amp circuit. Larger setups may require additional circuits, which will be confirmed prior to the event.
Menus are intentionally curated to support smooth service and a great guest experience. Menu offerings vary by service type and are finalized during the planning process.
Events are staffed by experienced, professional attendants selected based on event size, flow, and service needs. Specific personnel are not guaranteed.
