Before BaeHaus, founder Dayz spent years working in logistics through the military, learning how to plan, coordinate, and execute under pressure. That foundation was later paired with hands-on experience managing Starbucks locations, where speed, consistency, guest experience, and presentation all mattered equally.
That combination shaped how Coffee Bae operates today: creative experiences supported by strong systems.
